Q: What is your Return Policy?

We offer a 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all products, unless we specify
otherwise. We want you to be completely satsfied with your purchase. If the
product does not live up to your expectations, we will honor your return and
offer a refund.
If you have a refund, you must first contact us for an
RMA number. Contact
us and tell us what you are returning and a brief reason as to why. Any
product returned to us without a specific RMA number will be refused and we
will not issue a refund. Shipping and handling charges are the responsibility
of the customer and are not refunded, unless we are replacing damaged or lost

issue refunds for books/magazines that are shipped back to us in perfect shape,
within 60 days. WRITING SOFTWARE
SECTION: 60-Day Money-Back
Guarantee. We do issue refunds for opened software in our WRITING
SOFTWARE section within 60 days if the product has not lived up to your
expectations. To qualify for a refund, the software and its contents must be in
its original box and the software must be de-installed from your computer.
Returned software MUST include all documentation -- warranty cards,
registration cards, promotional materials, disks, manuals, etc. -- for a
refund. Any missing or damaged software and its contents (including the
software box) will be charged a 30% restocking fee deducted from your refund.
We cannot refund software that you have already registered with the
manufacturer. (Note: To reduce sending you software just to see
and try we ask that you contact us first for additional information on
the software. Many times we can send you a lot more additional information and
demos, if available, to help you with your decision. Free demos also can be

Audio Tapes / Video Tapes: We will
only refund audio / videos that are unopened within 60 days of purchase.
We cannot issue refunds for opened audio / videos, for the simple fact that
audio and video manufacturers do not issue refunds either for opened audios or
videos. Returned audios / videos must be shipped back to us unopened in
perfect shape for a full refund. Any damage to the box or evidence of tampering
will be refused and a refund will not be issued. Authorized returned
products are checked thoroughly by our Customer Service Department for any
damage or evidence of tampering. Refunds (minus shipping and handling costs)
are issued within 1-5 business days after receiving the return. If you paid
with a credit card, your credit card will be credited; if you paid by check or
money order, a check will be mailed to you. Please feel free to contact us at
any time to check the status of a return. Defective Merchandise: If you believe you received
damaged or defective merchandise, contact us immediately and we will remedy the

Q: What shipping methods do you
use?
A: For U.S. orders, we ship US Priority Mail or UPS
Ground or UPS 3-Day Select. If you need us to ship FedEx or overnight, please
contact us. We can
process your order the same day and ship your order overnight. Our cut-off time
for same-day order processing is 3 PM EST.
For CANADIAN orders, we ship
US Air Mail. This is the most effective and least costly way to
ship.
For international orders, we ship US Express Air Mail. This is the
most effective and least costly way to ship. Transit time to most countries is
between 3 and 10 days. We can provide you with a tracking number so you can
track the progress of your order.
