The Daily Journal Entry has an
easy-to-use format that has standard word processing functions, plus the Title,
Date/Time, and Topics features. You can assign one or multiple topics to the
entire journal entry or to specific passages, so you can quickly search and
review your journal entries. The Topics List is on the right side of the screen
and is totally customizable. Add, rename, and remove topics and folders to
reflect your life.

The Dream Journal Entry gives you a
place to record your dreams. It has the same features as the Daily Journal
Entry, but the focus is on entries written about dreams at night. Assign topics
using the Topics List.

The Daily Pulse Entry lets you rate
yourself daily on mood, stress, energy, and health levels, on a scale of 1 to
10. Also, you can do a quick Pulse Note to write a brief memo relating to your

The Daily Pulse Graph charts the Daily
Pulse values for two weeks, three months or a year. Select the parameters you
want to view. Look for trends in your life and double click on a point on the

Search and Review finds entries in an
instant. You can search by Journal Type (Daily Journal, Dream Journal or Life

The Search Results is a listing of the
journal entries that meet the search criteria. Double click on any entry and it

Prompts are questions or statements
desiged to help you think about a subject in a new way. LifeJournal comes with
320 prompts in nine categories: family, feelings, finances, friends, health,
home, self-discovery, spirituality, and work. Select a prompt to write about
and you can quickly insert it into your journal entry. You can add your own
prompts and can also export to and import from other journal writers who use
LifeJournal.

Quotes from philosophers, poets, and
other great thinkers help to inspire your own writing. LifeJournal comes with
about 1500 quotes, and with the ability to add your own. Also, search for a
